Apply a generous, even layer onto a clean, dry face and neck in the evening, avoiding the immediate eye area. Gently massage into the skin using upward motions. Leave the mask on overnight to allow full absorption of the active ingredients, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water the following morning. Use 2–3 times a week or as an intensive flash rescue treatment whenever skin feels highly fatigued.
