For Best Results (Loading Phase – First 7 Days):

  • Take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops post-workout.
  • On non-training days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2scoops later in the day.

Maintenance Phase:

  • Take 2 scoops post-workout or 2 scoops in the morning on rest days.
